If something comes up which makes it impossible for you to attend, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org asking us to cancel your registration.
Refund policy: A full refund can be obtained by sending a refund request to email@example.com at least one week prior to the event. No refunds are possible if the refund request is received less than one week prior to the event.
