We are hiking up Mission Peak. Prepare yourself by reading the Yelp reviews and the information page of the East Bay Regional Park District including the Yelp pictures. It is quite a strenuous hike. Budget three hours to walk to the top and one hour to come down. There is no water and very little shade on the trail. Pack one liter of water per person.

Register yourself and your guests in advance to receive complimentary NoCOUG baseball caps (while supplies last).
Bring your family, friends, and dogs. NoCOUG membership is not required for participation in this activity. No fee is required for participation in this activity. Please park in the brand-new parking structure with 900+ parking spaces at Ohlone College, 43600 Mission Blvd., Fremont, CA 94539. Access from Pine Street off Mission Blvd (map). There is a $4 parking fee payable at the fare machines. Assemble at the trail head at 8:00 AM.

You agree that it is up to you to decide whether it is appropriate for you, the minors you bring along, your pets, your guests, and their pets to participate in this activity. You acknowledge that the organizers are not responsible for your safety and actions or for the safety and actions of any minors you bring along, your pets, your guests, and their pets during this activity.
